FSBOGSP.com provides an easy to use, information rich forum that allows sellers in the Greenville-Spartanburg area and buyers from around the nation and around the world an opportunity to connect over the internet.  Selling or buying property without a real estate agent is not a new trend; it has just become very easy!  More and more people are realizing that they can save thousands of dollars by selling or buying FSBO.  We are not realtors and, aside from our initial seller listing fee, we receive nothing in payment from either the buyer or seller.

By buying FSBO, you are able to deal honestly and directly with the owner of the home.  And who knows the property better than the owner?  We recommend that you still hire a lawyer, home inspector and possibly get a loan, but we do not give advice on these matters.

We believe that most homeowners are more than qualified to sell their own property.  By selling your property “for sale by owner,” you keep your equity in your hands and the buyer benefits from sellers not having to increase their asking price to pay for commissions.
